Currency can be changed at airports; banks and certain authorized moneychangers.
Cards such as American express, Diners club, Master card and Visa are accepted at many places.
Traveler’s cheques are widely accepted at number of banks and hotels.
Import and export of local currency is illicit.
Banking hours are 10:00 to 14:00 from Mon to Fri, and 10:00 to 12:00 on sat.
